John & Lee Fendley
John is a certified HUD 203k consultant with decades of experience. John started Certified Living Inspections after moving to Georgia in 2000. He has been working in the home inspection field for over 40 years including previous experience as a 203(k) trainer in the DC metro area. HUD consultant ID# A0157.
Lee has extensive experience in the home inspection industry and works primarily scheduling inspections and assembling inspection reports.
Shawn & Megan Fendley
Shawn has been working with his father for over 5 years since rejoining civilian life after serving in the Coast Guard. He is a HUD certified consultant, ID# A1163, and is excited to help each customer he interacts with!
Tim & Carrie Beljavskis
Tim has been working in the home inspection industry since he was 16 years old in the DC-Maryland metro area. Now, his primary responsibility is as internal support for John, Lee and Shawn.
