1.  Permit Verification

• We will review the permit to insure it is for the proper amount, this will protect you in the future.

2.  Progress Inspections

• We will perform progress inspections and send a report complete with photos of the project. These inspections can be done weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

3.  Escrow Draw Inspections

• We will perform escrow draw inspections and send a report complete with photos detailing the work completed along with notes of concerns.

• 

  If there is specialty work needed on your project, we will conduct interviews, collect bids, and present those finding to you for final selection.

Optional Services

1.  Contractor Verification

• We will interview your contractor and verify his contractor’s license is in good standing.

• We will visit two current work sites – one completed one in progress.

• We will contact three references



• We will produce a report on our findings – complete with photos of the sites visited.
